Geocache Description:

Amble around Catfield countryside following the 1066 route. Just remember it will be a catastrophe if you don’t bring the appropriate toolkit!

Some of these ideas are thanks to the great caches on Devils Dyke - set by Sadexploration). The caches vary from a straightforward find to some (hopefully) interesting challenges! Remember to take: 2 17mm spanners, String, Magnet, A litre of water, Pen and paper. Suggested parking: either 50 53 987 000 27 092 (from here do not go into the playing fields but walk a short distance along the road past the row of bungalows before going into the field) or there is a small car park by the village hall or alternatively the Powdermills carpark. This cache is a small camo pot with swaps and a trackable.
