Geocache Description:

This cache is placed with the permission of the property owner.

I am friends with the owner of the property and told him about geocaching. He is interested so we figured we'd put a cache where he could watch what happens. Let's make him the newest geocacher. :) Family oriented FTF prize for the first cacher.

Container is medium sized with plenty of room for trades. Can get a little buggy in the afternoon.
