Jonny Quest is an American science fiction and
adventure animated television series. The show was produced by
Hanna and Barberra and it ran for one season from 1964-1965 on ABC.
It is about a boy who accompanies his father on extraordinary
adventures around the world. Inspired by radio serials and comics
in the action-adventure genre, it featured more realistic art,
characters and stories than any of Hanna and Barberra's previous
cartoons.
