You will find this cache half way between Arlington Lake and Carmi along the KVR. There are three trees together that help hide the cache. It is made of a round rubbermaid container, wrapped in duct tape.
Inside is a log sheet, and some prizes for swapping. Bring your own pen and feel free to trade prizes. Hopefully the coordinates work well, as it was cached with an iPhone. Good luck.
