This is a replacement cache for GC29WZX Eaton Drink, in the same general area, but it's changed from a Traditional to a Multi (and moved to a new hide). Cachers who found the original are of course more than welcome to revisit the area and log a find on this cache too.
You won't actually find anything to drink in this peaceful little spot on the banks of the South Pine River; however, if you go too far, you'll certainly find yourself _in_ the drink.
You could almost forget that you were only a hundred metres from suburbia in here. The quiet is broken only by the sounds of birds and of the water below. There are often ducks and moorhen swimming by, and if you look carefully, you'll quite likely see a turtle or two popping up for air. Don't come down here seeking a cache after school during the summer, though, as you'll probably just find some of the local teens splashing into the river from the rope swing.
Kids will probably enjoy this cache, but be warned: there's a bit of rather crude graffiti on display. Council have made some recent repairs to the path, but they don't seem too inclined to clean up the scribble, unfortunately.
There are two ways in. There's a quick trail from the nearest road, or the much more scenic path along the river from Cash's Crossing. I guess you could probably arrive by water, too, if that's what floats your boat.
You should proceed to the published coordinates, where you'll find George. George will help you to locate the cache. He'll give you the decimal portion of the minutes (the rest remain the same) where you can go to find an ammo tin!
(Note: George is not a Munzee. If you find a Munzee, it's not mine -- keep looking.)
Good luck!
Congratulations to Totalube for an unsurprising FTF!
