Geocache Description:


We found what appears to be the old stone foundation of a cabin that once overlooked the lake. It's fun to imagine who and when someone lived in these old structures that are now no more than crumbing ruins. This cache was initially placed as part of the 2011 West Bend Ca$h Ba$h. Don't forget to stamp your booklet and please leave the stamp behind for the next finder. The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Drew Starch of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at: (visit link) A special park entrance fee of $5.00 will be given if you show your geocaching window placard given to you with your event materials
