Mom J-Ski LOVES baseball!...biggest fan we know!
Mom J-Ski also collects Angels. I had to build and extra shelf in her room to help accomodate the collection! (UPDATE: (08/07/11 - I have been "commissioned" to add two new additional shelves for the Angels now! The collection keeps growing!)
And Mom J-Ski loves to to hear of our caching trips and adventures.
So why not put it all together in her own cache?
Mom J-ski provided the Angels and inspiration, we provided the container and found the location. Container is all about angels, baseball and her favorite team, the Phillies, (right, Mom?) players...her "Angels in the Outfield".
Initial inventory also contains several trackables, (Jan's Angels in the outfield, her favorite players, not necessarily their positions, mind you), who would love nothing better than to visit and have their pictures taken and uploaded, at any other ballparks, but especially would like to see Citizens Bank Parks and all of the Phillies farm team fields. (Although any good Philadelphia baseball fan will recognize the names, see each trackables' page for details!)...There are also a few Phillies trackable key tags as well. Please feel free to drop/exchange any TB's, especially if they pertain to baseball or Angels in any fashion!
Cache itself is not a difficult hide, but it's usually feast or famine when it comes to muggle traffic.
Mom J-ski has now passed as has the original cache container. We've given the location a new container and although not quite the standard the original set, still look to maintain it in the spirit of Mom J-ski who I'm sure watches it still with all the other Angels
Mom J-ski will be avidly watching her Angels hopefully move about, so the more they move the merrier!
I expect in the fall the hide may be more exposed, so please re-hide well so as not to draw muggle attention...Cache seems prone to wetness...Please be sure lid is on tight and no over-sized items please...(a baseball s a great idea, but doesn't fit!!!)
