Red, White, and ... Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

dmrthanyou: The container has apparently deteriorated, and I will be leaving the area soon. So I am not replacing the container, nor the hide. Thanks for all who sought.

Geocache Description:

A residential hide, but fairly well isolated from private property. Very easy access from the sidewalk.

The title of the cache, the hope that it is "published" on Independence Day, and the "container" are all related. As such, this is a fairly easy cache to find. It is a small container with a log sheet only; bring your own pencil/pen. It may be possible to drop off a quite small TB/coin, but the attachment mechanism may make this a cumbersome effort.

Side note: while constructing the container I learned that JB Weld contains metal particles! I guess that shouldn't be so surprising, but it was when I encountered the interaction between the wet JB Weld and a super magnet!
