This park tucked is in an established neighborhood but there is no on-site parking so you need to park on one of the surrounding streets or at Longfellow MS during non-school hours.

San Antonio has great neighborhood parks – No fooling! This is part of a series of neighborhood park hides placed on April Fools Day.
Throughout the city, particularly in older areas, you may see small parks that were established by real estate developers as they laid out streets and building lots for their subdivisions. These parks, and the names of adjoining streets, can tell us a great deal about the area’s history. Lee's Park is in an area that was part of the Sunshine Ranch established by the famous Maverick family circa 1905. The area was developed as a residential neighborhood by L.E. Fite and Leroy Pletz in the late 1950's and early 1960's
