Inspired by the Sioux Falls Challenge caches that add extra fun to "the numbers" that "it's not about".
'Not Chosen' container...does that mean the cache owner forgot to choose or is he/she trying to up the difficulty? 'Other' container....what could possibly be other than the choices available?
Besides finding this cache and signing the log, you must qualify by having found 100 'not chosen' or 'other' traditional caches....
