H2O KLAN: I came to check on this one since there seems to be two different containers. I actually found three different containers. Due to this, I’m going to archive this so people don’t think they have found the correct one.

You are looking for a small, plastic tube that has been painted to
hide better. Parking is very close to GZ.
The location where the mall stands was the site of a department
store built in 1954. In 1958 Santa Ana Fashion Square was built
adjoining the store. Other stores in Fashion Square included a
candy store and a luggage store. In 1986 the plaza, except for the
original department store was razed "under" and a new enclosed mall
constructed. There are tentative plans to redevelop the center to
fit modern retail and entertainment trends. Eventually it is
expected the former location at the south end of the mall will be
expanded to accommodate a full-line department store, and the
existing north building, dating from 1954, will be demolished for a
lifetsyle and entertainment center and all existing "concrete" will
be recycled. No official announcements have been made to date, only
discussions with local planning and zoning authorities.
