She has a twin sister Ursula, but she doesn't speak with her. Her father left her when she was little and mother commited suicide. Phoebe plays guitar and writes her own songs. The best known one is called "Smelly Cat". She often introduces herself as Regina Phalange. She's a vegetarian.
