Geocache Description:

Short Discription:

Great place for a stop here to enjoy the peace and if necessary a refreshing drink at the bar,
but this is not mandatory.
Its nice to talk with the owners Dimitris and Tracey.

Long Discription:

This is the first TB en Coin Hotel on the beatiful Greek island of Corfu it’s located in the quiet village of Kato Korakiana a town on the east coast of the Island. Using as a base the resorts of Ipsos and Dassia. We have during our vacation in July 2011 found many caches on this island.
We told our stories to the owner of our apartment and it was very enthusiastic, not that he went geocaching but he came up with the idea to place a cache on his apartment complex.
 
The owners (Dimitris and Tracey) are fully aware of placing this cache.

Park :   

You can park your vehicles on the parking place at the front of the apartment complex
at the coordinates N 39°41.587 E019°49.669





The cache:

You can enter the complex free and if you do not feel at ease show your GPS to Dimitris or Tracey
and then they know why you trespassing the complex.
The cache is not at the pool or bar but somewhere else on a quiet place on the apartment complex,
so you can running the pool and bar over,
but if you are near the cache still look out for muggels.
The cache is not hard to find, please place it on the same place again.
I hope this TB en Coin Hotel may welcome many guests, I normally have a few Coins or TB's to have dropped in, but this idea has arisen after I dropped my TB's and Coins.
I hope that visitors to this hotel their TB and TB Coins used to leave them here and possibly to trade.
A good hotel has quests so please leave a couple of guests in the hotel and change or trade TB’s and Coins when you take one out please put one in but its not a mandatory.

Small note: The cache will be maintained by Dimitris and Tracey the owners of the property.
