Why hasn't anyone started to cache these ?

I see these everywhere I go and wonder why I don't see them cached. They don't get much bigger than this but this one is painted just like the rest. Note the interchangable teeth to insure a long life. Oh poor Sweet Polly Purebred and Nell.
