The North Star Trail is a newly developed rails to trails between Kimberley and Cranbrook. Awesome trail to walk, roller blade, and bike but NO motorized vehicles.
When we lived at Wycliffe we lived adjacent to the North Star spur line. The trains would roll slowly down the tracks from Kimberley carrying tons of famous Elephant Brand fertilizer to all parts of the world. We always knew when they were in our area as the whistle would be blowing loudly to alert motorists crossing the tracks nearby.
Muggles on bicycles can come upon you without warning.
This cache has a logbook and you need to bring your own writing tool. There is room for coins.
