Dead End Traditional Cache

Seems someone did not find this cache and took it upon themselves to just replace it. While doing a check of my caches I found a new container and log but the original bison tube and log were still there attached to a wire leader. The only thing gone was the container the bison tube was in.                                                                                                                                                                                  IF YOU CAN NOT FIND THIS PLEASE DO NOT REPLACE IT WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM CACHE OWNER.
