The Swilcan Bridge Traditional Cache
mTn_biKer65: Cache is again damaged. One of my favorites hides so It's sad to see it go. Clearing the map for something new.

The cache is located at Cataraqui Park (better known as Belle Park) just before Belle Island. Round trip from the parking area should be just over 2km.
Some of my favorite caches include an enjoyable walk hopefully just like this walk along Belle Park Fairways to Cataraqui Park. Please put the cache back as you found it so that others can have the same experience.
Don't be mislead by maps showing Belle Park Drive going to Belle Island. There is no vehicle access to Belle Island anytime of year. I recommend that you park at the parking lot on Montreal Street (coordinates provided) and then walk down the road (Belle Park Drive) on the south side of the golf course to Belle Island. Note: There's now a shoreline path that runs approximately from the trail head to the cache location. Definitely worth a visit.
From City of Kingston Parks Department: "Please be aware that public access to the golf course is for members or those who purchase green fees. There is no public access to the course for any other reason."
The cache shares the park with multicache "Father & Daughter cache" (GC1BJJ9).
Pictures standing on the bridge with the cache container are not only acceptable they're encouraged!!!
