Geocache Description:

An easy "cache and dash" in this quiet oasis only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Princesshay and Exeter High Street

This part of Exeter, with its Sycamore tree lined streets, has been known as known as Southernhay as far back as 1265.

Bordered with both Georgian townhouses and modern offices, this is now the centre of Exeter's commercial area with many banks, insurance companies, solicitors and regional company headquarters.

With many well kept flowerbeds and open grass areas it's an ideal place to break from the pressure of shopping and relax for a while.

This cache meets the GAGB Urban Placement Guidelines.
