There are three thriving businesses on this corner.
You can fill up your tank on the southeast corner, fill your prescription of pills on the northeast corner, and get your fill of chilly treats on the northwest corner.
One real challenge here might be the muggles/stealth factor. Plenty of parking nearby, even a place to sit. The cache container has room only for the log, please bring your own pen.
