Come check out the last street in the city with working Gas Lamps!! Since this is a residential street, it's best to not do any searching between midnight and 6am.
Bring a pen or pencil for the logbook, it's a small one. This cache is located next to the dog walking area on the corner of Yarmouth Street and Brambleton, accross the street from the Tide Lightrail station. This also happens to be the absolute last street in the entire City of Norfolk that still has operating Gas Lamps lining the sidewalk. You'll notice them on the right side of the street, heading toward the Chrysler Museum. Most of the houses on this street were built before 1900 and Walter P. Chrysler Jr.'s house is located at 735 Yarmouth Street. This has to be one of the more beautiful streets in the city, even if it is notoriously known for excessive flooding when there are heavy downpours.
