Geocache Description:

Welcome to High Knob!

A regular cache off of a side trail in the High Knob community that connects to the Appalachian Trail. Can be accessed easily by car on the winding High Knob mountain (Gate Code#2327), or a short .3 mile side hike from the AT. If coming from the AT follow the red ribbon side trail at roughly N. 38 52.925, W 078 06.722 and go uphill until you come to a dirt road cul-de-sac just outside of the National Forest property.

It is hidden just off of the road. As always, be careful of critters hidden during the overgrown warm months of the year, and the uneven ground if snow is present in the area. A big thanks to Paul0703 who was the original owner and placed this cache before I became it's happy owner.
