Stand on the bridge in St Georges Road overlooking the route of the old railway line going in to where St James station used to be - where the well known supermarket now is.

Great care will be needed to not be spotted due to the queues at the traffic lights.
Make sure not to drop the cache onto anyone walking under the bridge!
