[ITA] "Vallunga" Vallunga
(Lad: Val o Val Longia; italiano: Vallunga) è una forma di u valle
glaciale in Alto Adige, che si estende da Selva da nord-est. La
valle è nel nord-ovest del massiccio e la stevia Puez e delimitata
a sud e il Mont de Seura Cir. Ramo est delle due valli e da Lietres
Kedultal. In estate la valle offre numerosi sentieri
escursionistici invernali e fondo.
Nel mezzo delle rocce
all'ingresso sul lato destro della valle, si trovano le rovine di
un castello. La cappella "Silvester" con la parte inferiore del 18
Secolo.

"Langental" Das
Langental (lad.: Val oder Val longia; ital.: Vallunga) ist
ein u-förmiges Trogtal in Südtirol , das sich von
Wolkenstein aus in Richtung Nordosten erstreckt. Das Tal wird
im Nordwesten von dem Steviamassiv und der Puezgruppe
und im Südosten vom Mont de Seura und den Cirspitzen
begrenzt. Östlich zweigen die zwei Seitentäler Lietres und
Kedultal ab. Im Sommer bietet das Tal viele Wanderwege und im
Winter eine langeLanglaufloipe .
Mitten in den Felsen am
Eingang der rechten Talseite erhebt sich die Burgruine Wolkenstein
. In der Talsohle steht die Silvesterkapelle mit
aus dem 18. Jahrhundert.
