This cache is located in the Harbert Road / Chickaming Nature Preserve. The Preserve is only open during Daylight hours. MaxB was hoping for a porta potty when placing this cache, but there was none to be found. Please stay on established trails until within 20 ft of cache. Cache is a small caliber Ammo Can. Winter Friendly
The Harbert/ Chickaming Nature Preserve is a well maintained area with Woods, Wetlands and Meadow Areas. It is common to see lots of Wildlife. There is a nice system of Hiking Trails. In the spring it can be muddy. Insect repellent will be desired throughout warm weather. Thank you to the Chikaming Township Park Board for their cooperation in allowing caches to be present in the preserve.
