Circle of war plaques Traditional Cache

This cache is located in a small park I stumbled upon one day. There is a circle of war plaques on stones. I think this part of it was just recently put in.
this is a small lock & lock with a few trinkets in it. There is a log but byop. There is a lottery ticket for FTF. There is also a geocoin and a travel bug I picked up that is to be placed in new caches. So if you take it please put in new cache.
