Geocache Description:

A gorgeous lookout along the Wodi Wodi track, towards the ocean and Coalcliff. You are after a small tin can which can hold small trackables. Bring an opener - such as your car key.

Wow, what a view again! Bring your picnic and have a rest. You are standing at the NSW State Survey Mark 24365 at 250m height above the ocean. In the south, Coalcliff and a glimpse to the Sea Cliff Bridge.

Access is by walking only. The nearest car park is down at the Lawrence Hargrave Drive between Stanwell Park and Coalcliff. Allow two hours or so to walk up and down. The trail up leads through different vegetation areas from the light coastal forests into tall eucalypts, red gums, palm trees. As you cross the cliffs you'll enter the plateau with gymea lilies, grass trees and a variety of gum trees, bottle brush and other banksias. A jewel of natural bush. I recommend to take the crest down, a little known path leading down from near the ancient Train Spotting (GCDFF) cache. This way, you head down facing Stanwell Park beach with competitive views.
