This walk contains a series of 4 caches placed around paths on the edges of fields along the River Chew. The walk will take around 45min to 1 hour. It is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs and can be muddy in wet weather. You must remember a pen.
The final, 4th, cache on this circular walk is in a field boundary. Once found, walk a little way down towards the river in a NW direction and you will be able to cross onto the field boundary path of the next field, and continue uphill to return to the start of the circular walk. The remains of a small brick building in the uphill field are what remains of hydraulic rams which were used to pump water up to the village of Burnett in the past. Texas badge for FTF
