Hart Lake is a popular fly fishing lake in British Columbia’s northern interior. The lake is located about 70 km north of Prince George , and lies within the Crooked River Provincial Park. Since 1983, the lake has been stocked with rainbow trout annually. Gas motors are not permitted. Local fishing guide and author, Lewis Johnson, says the lake is good fishing throughout most of the season.
Location: The lake is located 77 km (48 mi) north of Prince George just off of the Hart Highway 97. Camping facilities are provided at nearby Bear Lake.
