Whimsical hide in a large park with several other caches. Please don't hunt for the cache at night -- it tends to upset a dog and its owner just outside the park. If it continues to be an issue, even during the day, I'll move the cache. The coords should take you right to the cache spot, and it's not next to the fence. In fact, you should be able to spot the cache while standing in the mowed area!
