There are two magnificent redwoods here - one right to the path and one off the path.
The cache is hidden a little distance behind the one that is off the path, so no need to search at the redwood itself.
These trees are wonderful, with their soft, bright bark. Unfortunately, I just wasn't thinking properly when we were here and I didn't check to see what kind of redwood it was. Need peigimccann to visit these and do and identification!
This cache has been set for the “Tea and Walking the Fields” event and is not available for logging until Sunday 17th July.
