Community Garden



Welcome to Otumoetai's community garden! Let's Get Growing is a non-profit charitable trust. Any money that is collected from the garden rental or donations is used for maintenance, supplies and water rates.

Gardens that are available for rent have an orange painted stick next to them. The rental charge is $20 per month, which includes a start up kit, water rates and entry to gardening workshops etc.

If you have time to explore the area, you will find information on the old Otumoetai Railway Station that opened in 1928.
Gates open:Daylight Saving : 5.30am – 9pm; Winter: 5.30am – 6pm

The cache is a 1-litre sistema container. There is a railway line in the area, so please use the carpark, don't cross the fence, and keep an eye on children.
