In light of my recent* 1,000,000,000th find, I wanted to make a special cache to celebrate it. Then I realized, I was also about to make my 10,000th cache hide!
(*It actually took me a long time to get back around to publishing this cache, so I'm quite a bit past my 1,000,000,000th find now. And this is not to belittle foon's recent accomplishment at all! Although he could use a few more zeroes... ;) (Respect for you, mon frere!)
So, in honor of these two milestones, I have made two cakes, and 'candled' them in the tradition of my family. This was always how our birthday cakes were lit growing up, and as an adult I was shocked to find that nobody else's family did this, they actually used a whole lot of candles, or used candles shaped like numbers, or...wow. I was flabbergasted when even my programming geek buddies all looked at a birthday cake I made and couldn't figure it out. I guess I am a geek even to other geeks. That can't mean anything good, I'm sure.
So...to spread the geekdom, here are TWO celebratory cakes, 1 for my 1,000,000,000th find, and 1 for my 10,000th hide!
Enjoy!
P.S. The only significance to the posted coordinates is that this is the park in which my daughters and I found our first geocache, so it's a perfect place to celebrate these two milestones...the degrees and whole integer minutes are right, but you are on your own to find the decimal minutes you will need to find the cache! ;) (Note: The owner of our first find, Eastview Park Boo Memorial, has recently passed away, so now I'm even more glad I chose this location for the public coordinates. Thank you for taking pity on a newbie cacher, Cluso, you will be missed!)

There's a dollar bill ring for the FTF. ;)
Congrats to OJWan on the FTF!
Phew...they appear to *finally* be done with construction at the gz, as of now, late Aug 2013! Cache location moved tentatively three times while it was disabled as they kept changing the physicality of the gz...and the paint job changed each time too! So the paint has gotten rather thick...hrm. In its new/final location the color is almost inconsequential, so for now I fielded it in a non-matching color (woopsie), and I may do a repaint later. But for now, it's back in play for the end of the 31 days of geocaching! Thank you for your patience. ;) Coords are the same (although now they may be a few feet off), last hint updated as per new hide.
