Note: As you start up the road towards Shinall Mountain you will notice a large No Trespassing sign on the right. This is in reference to the private land on the right side of the road at this point. All roads up to and on Shinall Mountain are public thoroughfares.
Named this one in honor of our own Chuck Walla who stays on top of all our caching mistakes. He had me move this one due to the original location not meeting geocaching guidelines, so now it should be "legal". Nothing real hard about this one at all. Just trying to fill in some space to have a few more caches up here on one of my favorite mountains.
You'll be looking for a camo'd 16mm plastic test tube.
