This cache is located in a hidden Indy Park-Beckwith Park. The park is located next to a partially renovated and infamous Blackburn Terrace apartment community which hosts a diverse population.
The Difficulty rating is higher due to the lack of direct streets to this location, and poor parking.
DO NOT try this after dark, this is best attempted in the earlier morning hours, once day breaks.
About the park name:
Indianapolis native Frank R. Beckwith, who had been the first African-American in the country to run for President in a Presidential primary, in 1960, he ran against Richard M. Nixon. Beckwith was an attorney and civil rights advocate as well.
