Danbury ford has a concreted road base extending on the south side with kerbing for about 25 feet. There is normally about six inches of water in the ford but this can rise to a substantial depth after heavy rains. There is a steel footbridge with wooden planking for pedestrians.
This cache is not recommended at night and may occasionally prove tricky to get to after heavy rain.
