This cache is located just off the trail, near a nice resting place. The park has over eight miles of hiking and biking trails. The trails pass through the parks' differing habitats. From the river, marsh, and potholes that are home to many waterfowl, reptiles, and amphibians; to the prairie and woodland whitetail deer, turkeys, and 13 lined ground squirrels.
All North Dakota State Parks require the purchase and display of a daily ($5) or annual ($25) vehicle permit upon entry.
