Dette er en meget enkel multi. :-)

Larvik og Omland Vannverk (LOV) sto ferdig i 1952, og forsynte Larvik, Hedrum, Tjølling og deler av Brunlanes med vann.
Stavern hadde fortsatt sitt eget vannverk med ledning fra Hallevannet, men ledningsnettet til LOV var tilkoblet slik at det kunne tappes vann derfra hvis det skulle bli nødvendig.

Den største utbyggingen i de tre landkommunene ble foretatt på 1970 tallet.
I 1997 ble Hallevannet koblet ut, og alt vann til storkommunen Larvik ble levert fra LOV.
I 2000 ble det nye vannverket satt i gang. Vannverket er et av de mest moderne i Norge i dag, og er bl.a. kåret til å ha landets beste drikkevann.
I 2002 ble det lagt vannledning til Kvelde.
I 2003 ble det ført vann fram til Tvedalen.

Under vannverkets vedlikehold og inspeksjon ligger også 14 forskjellige trykkøkningsstasjoner og høydebasseng.

Larvik kommunes totale VA anlegg, det vil si alle kommunale vann- og avløpsledninger har en lengde på ca. 1000 km, dette tilsier en strekning som fra Larvik til Bodø.

This is a very simpel multi. :-)
Larvik and District Water Works (LOV) was completed in 1952, and supplied Larvik, Hedrum, Tjølling and parts of Brunlanes with water.
Stavern still had its own water supply with the pipe from Hallevannet, but the pipe were connected to LOV so that it could take water from there if it would be necessary.

The biggest development in the three municipalities took place in the 1970's.
In 1997, Hallevannet was disconnected, and all water to the municipality Larvik was delivered from LOV.
In 2000, the new waterwork was started. The waterwork is one of the most modern in Norway today, and is voted to have one of the best drinking waters in Norway.
In 2002 it was added waterpipe to Kvelde.
In 2003, it brought water up to Tvedalen.

 Under the waterworks maintenance and inspection are also 14 different booster stations and height pool.

Larvik municipality's total pipelines, that is, all municipal water and sewer has a length of approx. 1000 km, this implies a stretch from Larvik to Bodø.
