Geocache Description:

This is a wheelchair-friendly cache hidden on the pier at Donaghadee Harbour.

The pier at Donaghadee is the main focal point of the town. It has been the subject of many paintings and is beautiful, whether it is sunny, lashing down with rain, or sunset.

There is a lack of wheelchair-friendly caches in this area, so we took the opportunity to place one on the pier.

The cache is a magnetic nano, due to the constraints of GZ. Please bring along your own pen or pencil. The cache blends into its surroundings extremely well, so please look very hard, especially feeling your way.

Please do not be tempted to climb or pull yourself up onto anything on GZ. It is not necessary in order to reach this cache. Please remember the point - it is wheelchair- accessible!

This cache has been placed with the kind permission of the Donaghadee Harbour Commissioner and one or two of the harbour staff are aware that the cache is present, but do not know exactly its location.

Please exercise extreme muggle-awareness on nice sunny days and early evenings!

Have now upgraded this from a 1.5 Difficulty to a 2.5 Difficulty as the calibre of those DNF's are extremely high, but please note that the First to Find was a 12 year old boy with under 30 finds below his belt at the time of finding! So, come on guys, look harder - it is still there!
