Did you ever want a FTF and didn't get it?? Well, this is your chance to get a FTF no matter when you hunt this one. This is how it works: When you find this cache, please move it no more than an inch or two; (We wouldn't want the coords to be off--even though this guard rail is short;) so that the next person who finds it is a FTF for that location. See, everyone can be FTF. OK, so maybe not really but claim it as a FTF; Remember, though, that the second to find is the new desirable find as that poor person usually finds the cache alone whereas the FTF has a whole group trying for that prize.
