This will be the most difficult of caches on the 4 wheel drive beach obx to get to. Terrain is difficult if you don't have the right equipment. Before you go to attempt to find it, make sure you have something really good to put into this "bag". No golf tees, small cars, or other junk please. The find should be somewhat easy once you are in the area if you are a vacationer that is. Also you may want go with a winch, 2nd truck, or have a great truck that can handle the softest of sand and sometimes water holes. Please put the cache back exactly as is. For more fun try to find the nearby halfpipe in the tunes or ride up the back side of Luark Hill at sunset.
