Originally placed by wackydo, this elusive cache will bring you to the starting place of the Katoomba Kiosk to Katoomba Falls return walk. This is a excellent return walk, starting from the Katoomba kiosk and winding down to the Furber Steps, where it continues along a well signposted side track to the Katoomba Falls lookout.
Because the walk starts and finishes at the Katoomba Falls Kiosk, GZ can be a great place to grab some tucker before heading off on the walk, or somewhere to stop for a coffee afterwards. Please note that the well-hidden geocache is not on or near the so-called 'private pole' and nor on or near the electrical box! And you definitely don't have to wander off into the nearby bush . . . There can be a few muggles about during the middle of the day, and especially on weekends. You can find the cache with your feet on the lawn . . . don't say later that I didn't give you this wonderful hint! EDIT: The geocache isn't hidden in the telephone booth. There's a GCA cache there. No need to enter the construction site.
