Geocache Description:

Welcome to KC Geo Clue!

In this cache series you will find extra large bison caches that will give you clues to find the final puzzle cache. If you have ever played the game Clue, you shouldn't have any problem with this cache series. Thanks to California Cacher "Winkster" for allowing me to steal heavily from his idea.

King County will serve as the "board" for this game. There will be a series of 6 caches representing each of the Clue suspects spread throughout King County as well as the final puzzle cache. You, are the star Medina Police Detective. You have been summoned to a large mansion on the Medina waterfront  to investigate the death of Mr. Boddy, a local multi-millionaire who suddenly and tragically passed away during a dinner party. Your job as the detective will be to "investigate" each of the "suspects" (caches) when you visit the cache and log the find. Inside each suspect cache you will find information that will help you narrow down who done it, with what weapon and in what room the evil act took place. Each cache will have a laminated card with SWR numbers as well as a separate three digit number. These SWR numbers correspond to the numbers on the Detective Note Pad that is attached to each cache. The "S" numbers are the suspects, numbers S1 - S6 which represent the all of the game characters. On the Detective Note Pad, Ms. Scarlet, for instance is S1. The "W" numbers will be for the weapons, W1 - W6. The knife is W1 on the Detective Note Pad. The "R" numbers are the rooms, R1 - R9. The Hall is R9 on the note pad.  During your "investigation" of the "suspect", you will want to write down the SWR and three digit numbers you find in each cache on your detective note pad there by eliminating the suspects, weapons and rooms. Please note that you will need ALL THE NUMBERS on the laminated card to find the final puzzle cache! Also, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE LAMINATED CARD THAT HAS THE SWR NUMBER PRINTED ON IT! The final puzzle cache will give you instructions as to what to do with the information you obtained from each suspect (cache).

Ms Scarlet

You find Ms. Scarlet "lounging around" in the lounge. During your interrogation of Ms. Scarlet,  you learn that Ms. Scarlet is a business associate of Mr. Boddy's and met while on a business trip in Saigon. As you talk with her you notice that she talks in general terms and does not go into a lot of detail regarding her relationship with Mr. Boddy. She claims she will help anyway she can to find Mr. Boddy's killer, but can you really trust a woman who uses a cigarette holder? You could easily see Ms. Scarlet craftily putting the rope around Mr. Boddy's neck!

Ms. Scarlet is "lounging" in a nice comfy "fuzzy" spot next to a trail appropriately named. Ms. Scarlet would never dream of being laying on the ground and she does have a fear of heights. To reach Ms. Scarlet, park at the established trailhead and take a nice walk .41 miles to Ms. Scarlet's hiding spot. The terrain rating is for the length of the walk, which portions of it are up hill, but not a very steep climb.  There is no need to go more than a couple of steps off the well established trail. Trail blazing IS NOT needed to find Ms. Scarlet and is NOT recommended in this park. When this cache was placed, the sat coverage was limited due to tree cover. Thus I have put a picture hint on the page if you cant find it based upon all of the hints already posted above. Please obey the park rules and do not attempt this cache at night.

Happy sleuthing!
