Because some handhelds truncate the description, the important stuff is at the beginning:
• This cache is off limits on Sunday mornings from 6AM to 1PM.
• This cache is off limits anytime there are more than a dozen cars in the church parking lot, or any other time it is obvious that a church function is underway.
• This cache is open during daylight hours only, and all are welcome.
I've been looking for a good cach spot. Well, when I saw this little garden I just had to put a cache here.
Labyrinths are universal, which means that there is a single pathway leading in and out. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth is not designed to confuse or bewilder. There are no blind alleys, no wrong turns, and you cannot get lost in it. All you have to do is put one foot in front of the other and you safely get to the center and back out again.
During the Middle Ages, labyrinths were designed in front of many Northern European cathedrals to be used as part of the pilgrimage path to "the new Jerusalem". The most famous is Chartres Cathedral, France. The inspiration for using the labyrinth in the USA as a walking meditation, was Dr. Lauren Artress, canon at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, where she copied the design of the Chartres 11-circuit labyrinth, and introduced it at Grace Cathedral. The same design has been employed here.
The cache is a little camo container.
