Cashley 12 - Bull Market Traditional Cache

Either the last in the Cashley series, or could be done as a drive-by as there's a passing place near GZ. In winter the site is somewhat overlooked by buildings so mind for muggles here (use hint).

A bull market is associated with increasing investor confidence, and increased investing in anticipation of future price increases (capital gains). A bullish trend in the stock market often begins before the general economy shows clear signs of recovery. We can contrast this with a period of pessimism and fear, which is generally termed a bear market if prices drop more than 20%.
