Cashley 05 - Hedge Fund Traditional Cache

Between 2006-8 hedge funds were observed to invest significantly in so-called junk bonds and other high-yield investments in an attempt to capitalise on the market upswing. In 2009 and 2010, it was the large hedge funds and their banks that fell most dramatically.
