Looking for a plastic jar! Big enough for trade items but I didn't have any to put in it when I placed it.
This cache is just off the general aviation ramp in the wooded area near the access road.
I get up to Alaska about once a year and get to fly places that unless you live there most people will never see. As a pilot that loves to geocache I thought it would be a great idea to have a cache placed handy at each of the airports in Alaska for other pilots who are geocachers as well. So this is another cache that is part of a series of caches I will place which will be easily accessible from airports. Of coarse you don't have to be a pilot to enjoy these but unless you are a local you most likely will need a pilot to get you there. None of these caches will be difficult to find. I'd hate for anyone to go through the expense of going to any of these remote places and not get the find!
