A cache inspired by "Tree By The River" by Iron and Wine
Okay, its not by a river. More like a small pond. It's in newly developed Mallard Cove Park on Fort Worth's east-side.
A little less than quarter mile hike from the parking lot. It can hold small trade items. Bring a pen.
After a very heavy rain, it could be a little harder to get to.
Check out the "picnic rock" nearby. Looks like its been here longer than the park itself. I imagine it was once a beer drinking hangout for teenagers.
