Geocache Description:

This is my first cache and is located on the picturesque North Arm in Lakes Entrance.

The Kalimna Escarpment on the western shoreline of the North Arm retains much of the native vegetation which historically bordered the Gippsland Lakes

Kalimna (From the Greek 'Kalos', meaning beautiful) is a popular residential area offering views across Lakes Entrance and the 90 Mile Beach.
A walking track starts on the western side of Princes Hwy Bridge and proceeds up the escarpment with some excellent viewing platforms.

The cache is a camo 400ml Sistema Container with log book and some small swaps.
Difficulty is raised sightly due to possible high Muggle activity at peak times; also there is a Caravan Park nearby. Take care when retrieving & replacing.
