A small plastic pot placed on a public footpath between the villages of Keele and Madeley. The walk to the cache can be started either from Highway Lane in Keele or from the Knightly area of Madeley.
This cache now forms part of the following series:
Madeley to Keele
This is a series of caches from Madeley to Keele (or vice versa) along public footpaths and bridleways and is about 2 miles long.
The route crosses fields and can get muddy depending on weather conditions, so suitable footwear is recommended. The route is dog friendly, the fields are separated with gates rather than stiles.
If you don't wish to walk back - although there are caches that can be picked up on the road back to Madeley - the number 85 bus runs between Keele and Madeley.
