Geocache Description:

Built in 1856 the garden has the first and one of the finest examples of a stumpery, a collection of tree roots and other tree parts. This has been copied for many other gardens including Prince Charles' at Highgrove House.

The Woodland Walk, recently created with children in mind, contains many roots and trunks along the path. Stepping stumps, walk benches and a giant pine cone are located along the route. So is the cache.
